Kaitlyn Seger is the Marketing and Communications Director for Helmets to Hardhats. She is a graduate of Stevenson University where she majored in Political Science, with a double minor in Consumer Psychology and Graphic Design. Valuing the continuation of her education, Kaitlyn earned her certificate in Social Media Management in 2018 from Georgetown University.
Before entering the construction trades industry, Kaitlyn worked in digital marketing and recruitment/retention for a real estate, legal, and title firm. Afterwards she worked with the North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) as an MC3 Coordinator in the Research and Education Department. In 2020, Kaitlyn began providing marketing support for Helmets to Hardhats as a split employee between NABTU and H2H. Kaitlyn began her full-time position with Helmets to Hardhats in 2022 where she has continued to grow and uphold our mission on the internet and beyond.
Kaitlyn lives with her beautiful family on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. She loves all sports and even played softball for the Mustangs at Stevenson University during her college years. Kaitlyn loves to be outdoors, especially out on the water.
Kaitlyn has a family first mindset. She comes from a big family that she couldn’t imagine life without. She is also very good at making everyone feel like family. Whether it’s on a Zoom call or at a 3,000-person conference, Kaitlyn can rarely find a stranger.
